★If you need more than ten custom hats, please contact me and I will give you a better discounted price.
★If you need a unique logo or a different style, please contact me and I will help you choose the best looking hat design with embroidery.


★★★★★ How to place an order.

1. Choose the colour of the hat.
2. Leave a custom message. (If it is a logo, please send a picture of the logo CHICTHREADSCO@COGECO.CA).
3. Choose the font style.
4. Choose the colour of the lines.
5. Choose the size of the font (small 1-1.5cm, medium 2-3cm, large 4-6cm)

★★★★ Notes.
1. Our hats are custom made products and we do not accept returns if it is not a quality issue. Please check the information you left in the personalisation when placing your order.
2. We cannot do complicated picture embroidery, if your logo is a bit complicated, please contact me to confirm if embroidery is possible before placing your order.
3. A fee is charge for digitization of logo for your hat.

★★★ Shipping.

We usually take 2-3 days for production and 7-15 days for worldwide shipping, usually to the USA and most countries.
If you need fast shipping, we can ship via DHL/UPS and you can usually receive it within 3-6 days.
